"1313 Pierce Street", Lynchburg, Virginia Becomes a Historic Landmark in Honor of Anne Spencer , poet, mother of Chauncey E. Spencer and wife of Edward A. Spencer. The home, garden, and garden house are placed on the National Historic Registrar.
