Interviewed in Ann Arbor, Mike Willie, a high school all-American halfback from New York City whose playing career was cut short by injuries, became an assistant trainer under Jim Hunt. He discusses his experiences at the University of Michigan, notable at 1965 trip to North Carolina where a KKK rally was held near the stadium the day before the game, and the challenges of living in Ann Arbor.
